The Father Thomas Hayden Scholarship has made my dreams come true and made me a proud student of the United Methodist University (UMU), because if it wasn't for God and the Father Thomas Scholarship I wouldn't have reached this far in my educational Journey. Admittedly, I don't have the kind of money the Father Thomas Hayden Scholarship paid for me every semester. The Father Thomas Hayden Scholarship paid all my tuition in full every semester all that I need to do is to have my 3.0 GPA and my tuition is covered. I’m very happy to be a sponsor student of this Father Thomas Scholarship Fund.

I am thankful for the great opportunity to be selected for this scholarship. I promise to maintain the required GPA of 3.0 and above each semester.

I appreciate the founders for organizing this scholarship to help us achieve our educational goals. My educational aspiration is to acquire a bachelor’s degree in health sciences and pursue a career as a register nurse. I want to help provide affordable healthcare to marginalized communities in Liberia.

The Father Thomas Hayden's scholarship means a lot to me. I highly appreciate this scholarship effort towards my education. I would have been a university dropout but your financial assistance keeps me going on. I even benefitted from this scholarship when I was attending Our Lady of Fatima High School. Thanks to all of you that are helping to continue this scholarship.

The Father Hayden Scholarship has brought hope to achieving my dream of becoming a teacher to mold the minds of young ones. My parents are farmers and cannot afford my education. Without this scholarship I could have ended up in the mining field or somewhere else. I promise to do my best to meet the requirements of this scholarship.

I am glad to have this medium to extend my appreciation to the Fr. Thomas Hayden Scholarship Fund for selecting me as a recipient of this noble scholarship. I am very glad for this opportunity and will focus on my education, so as to be compliant with the scholarship guidelines.

I write to extend my heartfelt gratitude for being awarded the Fr. Thomas Hayden Scholarship. With the help of the Almighty God, I will work hard to achieve my dream of becoming one of Liberia’s best information technology (IT) specialists.

I am very much honored to be the recipient of the Father Thomas Hayden Scholarship. I look forward to giving back to the community once I begin my career as a public health professional. I thank you for the confidence in me and the willingness to help me achieve my goals.

I am deeply grateful to be one of the recipients of the Father Thomas Hayden Scholarship. It has lightened my financial burden and made it possible for me to focus more on my learning.

I am honored to be one of the recipients of the Father Hayden Scholarship. Growing up in a less privileged household has not only presented financial and academic challenges but has helped me realize the value of a college education. My passion for engineering is matched only by my love for creativity, so my decision to specialize in civil engineering comes from my heart.

My goal to obtain a college degree has always been threatened because I am the first generation in my family to attend college. Thanks to the Father Thomas Hayden Scholarship I will be able to achieve my dream of a college degree because. It will help reduce the financial stress on me.

I entered United Methodist University with just 7 credit hours and was about to drop out of school the next semester when the Fr. Thomas Hayden Scholarship came to my rescue. With this full scholarship, I hope to earn a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry by 2020. It is my dream to become an Industrial Chemist.
